　　Zhejiang Runtu Co., Ltd. is a large-scale enterprise founded in 1986. We are mainly specializing in the manufacturing and trading of disperse dyes, reactive dyes, direct dyes, blended dyes, cationic dyes, vat dyes, chemical intermediates, printing & dyeing auxiliaries for textile, sodium hydrosulfite and sulfuric acid. At present, we are a national hi-tech enterprise of China, the deputy executive director unit of China Dyes Industry Association, one of top-500 companies of China and top-100 companies of Zhejiang province and an AAA-ranked taxpayer of Zhejiang province.

　　Runtu presently possesses a land of over 790,000 square meters and 3,500 employees. Equipped with the leading enclosed and automatic dye production lines, Runtu now is a one of biggest dye production bases in the world, with an annual output of more than 150,000tons (including 100,000 tons of disperse dyes and 30,000 tons of reactive dyes). Up to now, Runtu has got a lot of honors from governments: we got the certificates of ISO9001:2008 quality system, ISO14001:2004 EMS and the check authentication of Zhejiang province for clean production. We have three registered trademarks, including“Runtu”,“Longyu”and“DRAGONPERS”.“Runtu”and“Ruihuasu”were approved as“the famous trademark of China”by State Administration for Industry and Commerce, and other three brands (such as“Jiacheng”) are the“famous trademark of Zhejiang province”;“Runtu”reactive dyes and disperse dyes are the“famous branded products of Zhejiang province; the trade name of“Runtu”now is the famous trade name of Zhejiang province, and“Runtu”brand is the famous export brand of Zhejiang province.

　　In 2006, our company was approved as“the national key hi-tech enterprise of China”by Ministry of Science and Technology of China.

　　In the list of top-500 most competitive large enterprise group of China (which is assessed and published by National Bureau of Statistics of China), Runtu Group Ranks the 13rd position of this list. Moreover, in the list of top-10 enterprises of national large and medium-scale enterprises in their industry of China for the independent innovation ability (which is also assessed and published by National Bureau of Statistics of China), Runtu Group ranks the first position in this industry of China for excellent creative ability.

　　Runtu group performed its IPO in SZSE (Shenzhen Stock Exchange) on July 6, 2010 successfully. This IPO is a milestone for Runtu to enter capital market; it is a new beginning for Runtu to face encourages, challenges and opportunities.
